Today I was up on time, and out the door ten minutes before I was yesterday. It was warm, but not as warm as yesterday. I set out for a 3 1/2 mile run and went just a little over. I had a great run and a much better morning at work.I also had a good morning at work and afternoon around town. I am looking forward to continuing working on Killer Week tomorrow.
